If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, you are eligible for a refund or exchange. All refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy requirements.
